Ardor is a Wisconsin based National pre-employment background screening and investigative service agency. Ardor was started in 2001 by members that have over 15 years of Human Resource, Full Service Staffing and Investigative experience.

Ardor has a network of over 1,800 researchers across the country that conduct criminal and civil record research and retrieval from county court houses.

Obtaining accurate record information is a manual and labor intensive effort. Ardor utilizes automation to make this process transparent to clients by providing advanced communication technology for researchers and a robust on-line ordering and report delivery system for clients.
